Return policy:

You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please:

• Contact us via email at info@teasero.com and inform us about your intention to return the item.

Important:

• Socks must be returned unused, with original tags and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product has been worn or used.

• Tote bags must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
  We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return costs:
You are responsible for the shipping costs and risks associated with returning the items. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend sending returns via insured and trackable shipping.

Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the payment to your account within 14 business days.

Shipping policy:

We deliver to:

• Lithuania

• Latvia, Estonia, and Poland

• Other European Union countries

• Other countries worldwide - please contact us directly to agree on the shipping terms, and we will find the best solution together.

Delivery times:

• Lithuania: 1-3 business days from dispatch.

• Latvia, Estonia, Poland: 2-5 business days from dispatch.

• Other European Union countries: 3-10 business days from dispatch.

• Other countries worldwide: delivery times are arranged individually depending on the country and courier options.

Note: delivery times may be longer during holidays or courier peak periods.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method and destination country. The exact amount is shown at checkout.
